Welcome to NeuroNutrition Clinic (neuronutritionclinic.com). By using our website, purchasing our digital recipe booklets, subscribing to clinical webinars, or engaging in our 1:1 counselling, nutrition, or fitness services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

NeuroNutrition Clinic provides dietary recommendations, nutritional counselling, sensory adaptation support, personal training, and emotional regulation counselling built for neurodivergent minds.
The information provided on this website, in our screener scores, booklets, and during sessions is for educational and advisory purposes and does not substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, acute food aversion leading to physical danger, or require specialist psychiatric intervention, please contact local emergency medical services.
2. User Accounts & Assessment Screener
You may be required to register an account or complete our online screener to access personalised clinic profiles. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration and screening.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and account password.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use or security breaches.
3. Bookings, Consultations, & Gifting
We offer virtual 1:1 sessions, small group support, and free 20-minute intro calls. Gift memberships can be purchased for friends or family members.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Gift memberships and activations are non-refundable but may be transferred to alternate services within the clinic upon request.
4. Intellectual Property
All on-demand webinars, clinical booklets, recipe guides, text graphics, illustrations, and proprietary scoring algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of NeuroNutrition Clinic. Digital downloads (such as purchased booklets) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Any redistribution, copying, or public screening of clinic materials is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroNutrition Clinic and its clinicians, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on website resources, booklet instructions, or general dietary recommendations, nor from the inability to access our online services.
