About Us

Founded in 2025, NeuroNutrition was created to offer people a collaborative approach to mental health and nutrition when navigating eating disorders and body image concerns.

We recognise that eating patterns, thoughts about food, and struggles with body image are often meaningful responses to lived experience, environment, neurobiology, and emotion. This is not simply issues of willpower or discipline.

NeuroNutrition doesn't ask people to fight themselves into recovery. We help them understand themselves into it.

Core Values

What guides the work

Collaborative Care

Support works best when nutrition and mental health professionals work together around the same person.

Every Behaviour Makes Sense

Before asking how to change something, we ask why it exists.

Body Respect

Food and body image support should reduce shame, pressure, and fear, not add to it.

Fear Is Not Motivation

We do not use shame, pressure, or alarm to force change. Support should build safety, trust, and steady confidence.
